Working With Me

You might be feeling unsettled — waves of self-doubt, anxiety, relationship tensions, or family challenges can leave you stuck or disconnected from the person you want to be. Perhaps you’ve noticed patterns that keep repeating, leaving you frustrated or unsure of how to move forward. Deep down, you may be longing for clarity, confidence, and steadier ways of navigating life and relationships.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Sessions are available virtually or in person—please contact me for current availability. I work with:

  • Individuals, couples, families, youth, and children (12+)

  • Clients across diverse identities, cultures, and life experiences, including LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationship structures

  • Concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioural issues, self-esteem, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and women’s issues

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and create shifts that feel genuine and lasting.

I also have a special focus on couples therapy. Many partners come to me feeling disconnected, caught in cycles of conflict, or longing for more closeness but unsure how to get there. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy, I help couples:

  • Identify and break negative patterns

  • Understand the deeper emotions driving disconnection

  • Build new ways of reaching for one another to strengthen trust and intimacy

Outside of my work, I thrive on curiosity and connection. I enjoy reading, exploring the country, practicing yoga, spending time with family, and learning the piano. These practices keep me grounded and reflect the same values I bring to therapy: growth, balance, and presence.

My Approach

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs, including:

  • Mindfulness to help you slow down, notice, and gently shift inner patterns.

  • Narrative therapy to explore and rewrite the stories you hold about yourself.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to deepen emotional connection and transform relational patterns.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts and build practical coping tools.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move toward a life aligned with your values.

  • Parts work and inner child healing to nurture and integrate the parts of you that carry old wounds.

  • Relational Life Therapy and attachment-based approaches to create secure and fulfilling relationships.

Whether you’re looking to quiet self-criticism, strengthen your relationships, heal past hurts, or find a greater sense of balance, therapy can be a space for meaningful and lasting change. You don’t have to face this alone. When you feel ready, I invite you to reach out — let’s take this step forward together.
